Brigadier General (Ret.) Raphael Warren is a cybersecurity strategist, former military officer, and retired federal agent with over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, military leadership, and federal law enforcement. He is the founder of Spartan Cyber Security, an executive advisory firm specializing in high-level cybersecurity consulting for corporate leaders and legal professionals.
A nationally recognized cybersecurity leader, Warren served as the officer in charge of the Army National Guard Cyber Shield training events, where he was instrumental in developing elite military cyber defense teams. As a lead instructor at the Command and General Staff Officers Course, Finch played a pivotal role in training senior military officers in cybersecurity operations, risk mitigation, and strategic security leadership.
